It bothers me that sex is so entirely stigmatized in today’s society [more so towards those who identify as female]. There is nothing wrong with acting upon sexual urges, as long as you are responsible for your actions. It makes no difference if you sleep with half of the planet, or nobody at all. It doesn’t matter if you masturbate all day, or if you choose to refrain from sexual intimacy until marriage. It doesn’t matter what genitalia you may, or may not have. It does not matter what gender you identify with, what job you have, or what turns you on. As long as the sexual activity you engage in is consensual/not harming others there is nothing wrong with it, and nobody else [in my opinion that is] has the right to criticize, or judge you. Just like some people like vanilla cake and others don’t, some people don’t like vanilla sex.
Sex is a form of self-expression and autonomous will just like any other. To infringe upon it, either through force, law, or social pressure, is an affront to one’s individual freedom. Do what you will so long as you adhere to the harm principle.
